Terms

These terms cover sendtodinner.com. The merchant is Valor Media Pte. Ltd. (valormedia.sg). By using the free Visibility Snapshot you agree to them.

The product

• Public product — free: five-check Visibility Snapshot (website; name, address, phone; hours and cuisine; menu in text; who else is named). Pass, fail, or not checked. No score out of 100. You may download the report. No account is required.
• Check 5 (Who else is named): drafts only. We show who lists or engines name instead. We never invent a mention. We do not email editors.
• Existing hosted pages: kitchens already published at /r/{slug} stay available. We are not offering new hosted years on the public site. Existing Stripe subscriptions are not auto-refunded.
• Receipt / business name for any existing charge: Valor Media Pte. Ltd.

What we do not promise

• That ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, or any list will name you.
• That rankings will rise on a fixed date.
• Mentions, reviews, awards, or dishes we did not verify. We never invent a mention.
• That we will email listicle editors for you. Drafts stay drafts.
• A Mentions product, a $9.99 DIY kit, or new $99 hosted acquisition.
• Legal, tax, or food-hygiene advice.

Your responsibilities

• Details you enter for a snapshot are accurate enough to identify the restaurant.
• If you already edit a hosted page, details you publish (name, address, phone, hours, dishes, photos) are accurate and you have the right to publish them.
• You do not use the product for fraud, spam, or scraped kitchens you do not run.

Money

• The Visibility Snapshot is free.
• Existing $99 USD / year hosted billing, if any, stays on Stripe until you cancel. We do not auto-refund. Failed payments do not turn off the free snapshot.
• Refunds: contact Help. Chargebacks escalate to a human.

Pages and downtime

• Existing hosted pages stay on our domain (for example /r/{slug} and /menu).
• The free snapshot is provided as available. Planned maintenance or outages can happen. There is no hosting SLA on the snapshot.

Accounts and cancel

• The snapshot does not require an account.
• If you already pay for a hosted page, cancel from the billing flow or by mailing Help. We do not auto-refund remaining time.
• We may suspend a page for abuse, fraud, or illegal content.

Liability

• The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, Valor Media Pte. Ltd. is not liable for lost bookings, search or AI ranking changes, or third-party engine behaviour.
• Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you may have where you live.
