SendToDinner is operated by Valor Media Pte. Ltd. (valormedia.sg), 60 Paya Lebar Road #08-12 Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051. This page explains what we collect when you use sendtodinner.com, the free Visibility Snapshot, Help, and — if you already have one — an existing hosted kitchen page.

What we collect

• Snapshot: restaurant name, place, and optional website URL you type. We show the five-check result and the engines we could read. You can download that report as a printable HTML file.
• Usefulness survey (optional): how useful the snapshot was, what helped most, and an optional note on what made it useful or what was missing. You can skip it and still download the report. Research only. No email is required. We do not start a mail sequence from the survey.
• Snapshot funnel (research): we record when someone opens the snapshot page (including utm_source, utm_campaign, and utm_content if the link has them), starts a check, finishes a snapshot, submits or skips the usefulness survey, and downloads the report. No ads. No Mentions. No email from these events.
• Existing hosted pages: if you already have a kitchen page, we still hold the details you entered (address, phone, hours, dishes, photos) and any Stripe billing records for that kitchen. We are not selling new hosted pages on the public site.
• Help: kitchen name, your email, whether it is a query or a complaint, and your message.
• Technical: basic server logs (IP, browser, pages opened) to keep the site working.

What we use it for

• Run the free Visibility Snapshot and show pass / fix on the five checks.
• Read survey aggregates and a daily funnel rollup later (whether the free snapshot is used). Not Mentions. Not an upsell on the results page.
• Keep existing hosted pages working for kitchens already published.
• Answer Help queries and complaints.
• We do not invent mentions, reviews, or dishes, and we do not sell your kitchen list as a lead dump.

Who else sees it

• Hosting / email providers that run the site and file Help notes.
• Stripe only for kitchens that already have a billing record (merchant Valor Media Pte. Ltd.).
• Public visitors and assistants see only what a restaurateur already published on an existing page and menu.
• We do not email listicle editors. Check 5 drafts stay drafts.

How long we keep it

• Snapshot runs long enough to show and download the report in your session.
• Survey notes while we need them for product research.
• Help threads while we need them to resolve your query.
• Existing page and payment records as hosting, Stripe, and tax rules require.

Your choices

• Skip the survey. Download the report without filling it in.
• Ask us to correct contact details or close a Help thread: use the Help form on /help.
• Chargeback, legal, or “I want a human”: say so in Help; we escalate. We do not auto-refund.
